These terms apply to 9minecraftserver.com ("9MinecraftServer", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Not an official Minecraft website
9MinecraftServer is not an official Minecraft website and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios and Microsoft. Server names, logos and banners belong to their owners.
Servers on the list
The servers listed here are run by other people, not by us. We check that they're online and measure their player counts, but we don't control what happens on them, their rules, their stores or their communities. Join and spend money at your own judgment. Parents: many servers have public chat, so check a server's rules and settings before your child plays. See how we rank servers and use "Report a problem" on any listing that looks wrong or unsafe.
Voting
- One vote per server every 24 hours, per person.
- No bots, scripts, VPN or proxy rotation, multiple accounts, or paying or trading for votes.
- Rewards for voting come from the server, not from us.
We may remove votes, reset rankings or remove listings that break these rules.
Listing your server
If you list or claim a server, you confirm that you run it or are allowed to manage it, and that:
- The information, images and links you provide are accurate and you have the right to use them.
- You won't fake player counts, votes or reviews, or mislead players about what your server is.
- Your server follows the law and Minecraft's own rules for servers, including the Minecraft EULA and Usage Guidelines. You're responsible for your server, its store and its community.
- Nothing you submit is illegal, hateful, sexual, malicious, or infringes someone else's rights.
You keep ownership of what you submit. You give us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to display, resize and share it on the site, in search results and in share previews for as long as it's listed. We may edit or remove listings and content at our discretion, including servers that are offline for a long time.
Some listings are added from public information before their owner joins. Owners can claim, edit or remove these at any time.
Accounts
Owner accounts are for people 13 and older. Keep your password private; you're responsible for what happens on your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Sponsored listings
Paid placements are always labeled Sponsored, sit apart from the ranking and never take a rank number. Paying never changes a server's votes or rank. Sponsored placements are subject to the terms agreed when they're bought.
Using the site fairly
Don't attack, overload, or scrape the site in ways that harm it, get around our limits or security, or use it to break the law. Our public API has its own usage limits.
Copyright complaints
If you believe something on the site infringes your copyright or trademark, contact us with the page address, what you own, and how to reach you. We'll review and remove infringing material.
Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is". Player counts, uptime and other figures are measured automatically and can be wrong or out of date. We don't guarantee the site will always be available or error-free, and we're not responsible for third-party servers, websites or purchases.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for anything that happens on a server you find through the site. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above, and continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
