About RetroMC

RetroMC is a PvE survival server that runs Minecraft Beta 1.7.3, the 2011 version from before the Adventure Update. It has been online since 2014 and calls itself the oldest running English-language Beta server. It runs Project Poseidon, a patched CraftBukkit fork that fixes old exploits, with player towns through JVillage, a player economy and minigames. To join you set your launcher to Beta 1.7.3 and connect to mc.retromc.org on port 28265.
