About Nerd.nu
Nerd.nu is the community that grew out of Reddit's original public Minecraft server. It opened its first world in 2010 and has run without a break since, funded by donations and staffed by volunteers. Today it runs two servers: PvE, a survival world with player towns, a rail network and no PvP, and Creative, a build server with WorldEdit. Each world is a numbered "revision" that runs for months before a fresh map, and the community keeps a wiki of every one.

Join p.nerd.nu for PvE survival or c.nerd.nu for Creative. On PvE you land at a spawn town, ride the player-built rail lines and claim land by building. Griefing gets you banned. Creative gives you WorldEdit and protected plots for any build you like. There are no ranks to buy and nothing to pay for.
