The Java Edition address is play.civ.plus.

Can Bedrock players join Civ+?

Not that we can find: no Bedrock entrance answered our checks, so it looks like Java Edition only. See servers that support Bedrock.

Is Civ+ cracked?

No. It only lets in official (paid) Minecraft accounts: our login test was asked to verify the account with Mojang.
