About Crossplay servers

Crossplay servers let Java and Bedrock players play together. Almost all of them are Java servers running GeyserMC, which lets Bedrock players on phones, consoles and Windows connect through a separate Bedrock address and port.

Our pinger checks every Java server for a working Bedrock entrance and shows the Bedrock address on the server's page when it finds one, so you can see who really accepts both.

Questions players ask

How do Bedrock players join a Java server?

With the server's Bedrock address and port (often 19132), from the Servers tab. The server's page here shows both when it has them.

Why do Bedrock players have a dot in front of their name?

Geyser servers usually add a prefix, most often a dot, so Bedrock names can't clash with Java ones. Use the full name, dot included, when you vote or ask staff for help.

Can consoles join crossplay servers?

Consoles officially only reach the featured servers, so players on Xbox, PlayStation and Switch need a workaround such as BedrockConnect.
